Enjoying the sea breeze

Being working on this piece for a while whenever i had time after work.
Someone recommended me to try using the bloom effect but i am not exactly sure how it works so i will upload 2 version of the illustration. One with and one without the bloom effect.
Liking the bloom effect but there are still much to learn and experiment.
01 is with bloom effect.
02 is without bloom effect.
